All items are posted by Australia Post with the option of either Parcel Post, Registered Parcel Post or Express Post.
The Registered Parcel Post option includes insurance up to $100 and is traceable. For orders over $100, additional insurance is added to the post cost as per current Australia Post charges.
Parcel Post and Express Post carries no insurance, so the liability lies with the purchaser once the parcel has left our hands. It is the customers responsibility to liaise with Australia Post for any lost parcels.
Refund / Exchange Policy
Wiz Aus will happily exchange or refund faulty or incorrect items provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The items must be returned un-used, in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We will happily refund you on the postage once these items have been returned to us.
Please ensure that you have chosen carefully as we do not exchange or refund if you change your mind.
